FREE SHIPPING on all Orders over £60.00 + VAT. These orders will be sent via courier. (UK only)
All orders £15.00 - £59.99 + VAT are sent via courier at a cost of £6.00 + Vat (UK only) In some circumstances we reserve the right to send via Royal mail 'Special Delivery' instead.
All orders below £15.00 + VAT are sent via 1st class post, the charge varies between £3.25 - £4.80 according to the value of the order.
We reserve the right to contact customers who place orders over £15.00 + VAT to be sent to the UK Highlands and Islands as these orders attract a surcharge of £12.50 + VAT. We do this manually as have access to a number of couriers and the Postcodes vary between them as to areas that are classed as Highlands etc.
Every effort is made to describe the goods offered for sale accurately, we prefer that if in doubt concerning an item that you ring us for further information. In accordance with ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations’ If you find that the item you ordered does not completely satisfy you, then return it to us in new condition, and in original packaging, within 14 days, and we will give you a refund or exchange according to preference. Unless the product is faulty or we have made an error, the buyer will provide the return carriage cost.

All Folding Bikes are thoroughly prepared and checked in the workshop (unless we state otherwise on Sale models) in order to validate the warranties, this involves a thorough setup and adjustment of spokes, bearings, brakes, gears (stops and cable adjustment). The chainset and crank, handlebars and all nuts and bolts are checked for tightness and the pedals fitted. Finally the tyre pressures are set and the folding joints and all quick releases are lubricated and adjusted. After a brief test ride (mainly indoor) they are then carefully packed back into the original boxes using appropriate packaging, this means that the bikes when received and unfolded are ‘ready to ride’ . All 26” wheel Dahon bikes arrive in the UK in boxes with the frame unfolded but the bike partially dismantled. We have taken the decision that in order to properly achieve our highest aim and that of the responsible manufacturers with whom we liase, that we therefore, properly prepare then fold the completed bike with only the handlebar removed, it is therefore necessary for us to repackage the bike accordingly on account of it’s larger size when assembled.
